Luke's Lobster might be a bit pricey for the average takeout connoisseur, but it's totally worth it considering the quality and comparative market price. If you're still overcome by sticker shock this is not the most expensive lobster roll in our neighborhood at $17 with chips and a drink. Ditch Plains, another fine in quality establishment, charges over ten dollars more for a roll without a drink, at the time of this writing. Luke's Lobster will also throw in a beer instead of soda for an additional $3. Personally, I tend order the granddaddy of their menu selections called "Noah's Arch". Don't be worried about the quantity of food for two either. We are always satiated after eating a Noah's Arch feast from Luke's Lobster. I especially like the variety in this selection having 3 half rolls of lobster, crab and shrimp along with your choice of chips and soda. Your palate will be screaming for more as devour roll by roll. The best part, like I mentioned before, is that the meal is very satisfying and you feel you got your money's worth. For those of us that are environmentally conscious they also practice sustainable lobster harvesting per the standards set by Maine Lobstermen's Association. You can't go wrong with Luke's Lobster. Bon Appetit!
